In an effort to re-create AC's frozen fresh fruit at home.....

Just gorgeous. The ice crystals glisten just like AC's.

Then I remembered the tasteless blueberry muffin that was served on AC 882, and I knew I could do better.

Just baked BTW. And for those watching at home, bran blueberry with orange zest.
