I just waited for 1 hour and was cut off because my first message was 'Hi. I have a ticket that has a cancelled flight'. Before, I counld follow on with my question they cut me off. However, I wanted their assistance in get a credit account to me for a ticket I have purchased but the passenger is a friend. I am not sure how to do this via the AVA chatbot. Now, I have to start queuing again.

Never again will I purchase with Air Asia. Just use the vouchers (if I happen to be in South East Asia within the next year) and be done with them.
Thanks for the tip, I will try again.

The problem about giving the boot to Air Asia is that Nok Air is even worse. For Thailand domestic flights, Bangkok Air is the best of the lot, but they don't fly everywhere. Thai Lion Air is an option... sometimes. I find that it might not be realistic to put both Nok and Air Asia on my "do not fly" list
