This is a thread about the quality (or lack thereof) of the 763 business class seat for people who actually fly in it. Just because you fly in Y doesn't reduce the validity of our complaints about the product we pay and fly in. Anyone considering spending $2k, or $3k, or $9k on a DeltaOne ticket should know that it is worth avoiding when possible, potentially going to other airlines.
