It is an unprecedented crisis. DL has created lot of goodwill and assurance to SM members at a difficult time. In that sense DL is smart.
Perception is important. You know that's called PR.
2020 is done for airline travel? I think not. I certainly am planning to have near normal levels of travel resuming by June to July.
