Still haven’t received a refund or even an acknowledgement (ie trip shows up still on My Trips) on one of my itineraries that I cancelled within 24 hours after booking (cancelled one within 30 min after booking by filling out a form on the KLM website). I’ll give it another week but at this point a call may be in order.
