BA have cancelled an OB (OnBusiness) booking I had for May. However, the OB points used to make the booking expired on 31/12/2019 (bookings can be made for the following 12 months).

Call OB and ask for a refund, they'll then re-issue the points with an expiry of 31/12/2020. I've had this done just recently.
