I have searched the thread but could not find the answer..
BA have cancelled an OB (OnBusiness) booking I had for May. However, the OB points used to make the booking expired on 31/12/2019 (bookings can be made for the following 12 months).
Anyone has any idea how to go about this please? Do I request a voucher, or ask for a refund? If the latter, what would happen to the OB points?
