Back in 1995, most if not all airline tickets are in paper format. It is highly likely that these records might have already been destroyed.

However, there might be a chance that one of the GDS providers (if you booked via a travel agent) may have an archive of past date PNRs (all it would show is the ticket number and how much you paid etc and probably not the full ticket image). There is a chance that data might have already been purged.

The airline might even have an archive of either your PNR or DCS (passenger manifest) record if not already purged.

Are you using this as proof you were in a certain country during a certain time period? You might have better luck contacting the immigration department of whichever country as they may have your entry/exit records.
