Interesting to see what Air Canada says about this. They promptly denied any form av refund other than the 24 month voucher for a trip to MCI that I booked early December where the outbound leg has been cancelled. The flight is still three weeks out so haven't actually cancelled it yet. Wanted to see if they get pressured into actually making the right thing and issuing a full refund for the service they can't deliver.
