Frequent Flier miles are not transferrable from one person to another, even within families under all plans in North America that I am aware of.

I understand that British Airways has a plan that lets family members pool mileage together for an award but still not different individuals.

Corruption, even in charity work, is a sad reality in much of the third world and Bangladesh is no exception - I've personally seen UNICEF money lining the pockets of politicians and bureaucrats in India. Kudos to you for trying to do something truly worthwhile with integrity.
