Is this one of those cards where the miles don't post unless you have activity to "generate a statement" the following month?

I got the card in January, put the $2000 minimum on the card, closing date of statement was Feb.7. Paid it off

March 7 statement I had no activity.

No miles at all have posted yet for my January purchases. Not the 2000 miles for $2000 in purchases, and not the introductory bonus miles.

I just retrieved the card and used it to make a $1 donation to wikipedia, I'm hoping that resolves the issue and prompts the miles to appear with my April 7 statement.
