Went on line yesterday to to try and cancel several flights for different family members and one non-family, various ITIN's.
Couldn't cancel any online, had to call. Went to find number on the website and saw wait time was only 12 mins. Clicked call back instead and phone rang in 5 mins.
The agent cancelled all the flights, credited all to my travel bank, could not have been easier.
Westjet Travel Bank is now $8,200. Having it all in one account makes new bookings so much easier. Will also affect airline choice for flights to London.
