Cancelled 2 C class (purchased) tickets to AMS on 3/20, was told by AAngel that I would get a credit, but frequent checking of my account didn't show any credit until today. The transaction was posted by Aviator as effective on 3/27.
The flights (outbound and return) were scheduled for mid April. They no longer showed up under my reservations. Was not offered, and did not ask about, taking a credit voucher w/ 20 % or -0- % enhancement.
Summary: Wait for AA to cancel, call and request a refund. Suppose if you want the 120 % credit voucher you have to ask for it.
