The late checkout benefit is for all HHonors members, but it's hit or miss. (There are probably a couple of threads on this..) As for international Gold upgrades/breakfast, they are usually much better than in the US (although I've only experienced a couple of Asian locations). If they don't have an exec floor, you'll probably get continental breakfast (at a minimum) and usually a full breakfast or a buffet. Again, there are a lot of threads on Gold benefits..
