It hasn't been mentioned recently here, but FYI NWA, when I was living in Japan 20+ years ago, flew at least these routes all at the same time:
NRT-MNL
KIX-MNL
NGO-MNL
All on 747s, not sure if KIX and NGO were daily. I think NGO was a tag on the DTW-NGO flights that were there for the auto industry.
If any of you know/remember the "MNL Shoe Circus", imagine it with THREE 747s flying at one time from the same terminal!
Anyone remember? If not, I'll explain......
I flew KIX-MNL in F a few times when KIX was a short-lived hub for NWA, I think-- or was it NGO-MNL?
