They relaxed the laws, recognizing I guess that restaurants net a lot of their bottom line from the bar. Even 50% off makes restaurant wine prices too high for take out compared to stopping at the wine shop on the way home. My father in law has eaten at this one place every Friday night for the last year. He is particular about his martinis. I would never dare make one for him. We are thinking about Mexican this week. I plan to request a pitcher of margaritas.
