Please can anyone advise. We had flights booked Stanstead to Malta and return on Jet2 for next month. Obviously these flights have been cancelled. What's the chance of Jet2 offering a complete refund? They have offered a voucher to rebook later this year with £100 discount. But we don't want that. We want a refund. What do we do? Jet2 have usually been OK, but now they are stalling us. BTW we paid by NatWest debit card.
