I just received this email with regards to an upcoming stay
Dear xxx,
Greetings from the Conrad Centennial Singapore.
Effective Friday, 27th March 2020 Conrad Centennial Singapore has been designated by the Singapore government as an official facility exclusively used for returning Singaporeans to serve out their Stay Home notice (SHN). As such, the hotel is not be permitted to accommodate any non-Persons Under Stay Home Notice (PSHN). This is to ensure the well-being of our PSHNs as well as our team members. This national initiative by the authorities is a move to contain the COVID-19 outbreak. We seek your understanding as we step forward and play our part in supporting the government and community to fight against the virus.
We understand that you have a confirmed reservation at our hotel from xx to xx May 2020. In our effort to cooperate with the local government, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate you during your preferred stay period and would be happy to assist you in finding alternative accommodations.
Meanwhile, please be informed that your reservation at Conrad Centennial Singapore for arrival on xx May 2020 has been cancelled.
Once again thank you for your support and stay safe.
