Update: I just got off the phone with the general manager. She was very nice and said that myself and a few others were in the same spot and that she's already working on getting us refunds by the end of the week. Hopefully it comes through and I don't have to call back next week - I'll give a final update either way.
Final update, got a full refund. Going to edit my original post to remove the hotel name since they made it right and don't deserve any negative attention.
