I cancelled a rewards flight on the 29th. This was a multi-leg, western Canada trip from mid to end of June. It included visiting elderly relatives (too risky with COVID), so just wasn't worth it. It appears things will still be a mess going into summer.

Cancelling via the Aeroplan site returned an exclamation point icon, and a "-007.VWB-" code. It said my trip had been cancelled, but listed a $0 refund for both my partner and I. However, the confirmation emails correctly listed the proper refund amount, and the number of points being refunded.

The AC app gave me an alert that a change had been made, but it still lists my trip as active. I don't trust the AC app for anything, though. All my flights had schedule changes. I received email updates from AC on all of them, but the app never updated anything.
