A very novel off the top of my head idea and not at all thought through...

Whilst Cinemas have faced extreme competition from streaming services, a cinema complex featuring a fleet of 747s (let’s say 6 747s parked up and each one being a ‘Screen 1’ ‘Screen 2’ etc could be fun. The aircraft divided in two (maybe 3 if you leave the UD in place) so the nose could be a lounge complete with bar. The economy section would be the main screen seating area.

Of course the screen tickets would be boarding passes and group boarding would be strictly enforced with the back row being group 5!

PS sorry this doesn’t help the staff as such. I missed that part.
