Gold VIP: Lounge Access and Free Breakfast
My undrestanding from HH website is the following:
1. Golds are to be upgraded to Exec. Level when possible. If not, access to lounge is to be granted (for hotels with lounge). If the hotel does not have a lounge, breakfast coupons are to be provided.
2.Late checkot is to be provided when possible.
Is this correct? Thanks.
