I had booked few months ago on AA.com an AA codeshare on RJ that was to depart next week. RJ is no longer operating flights until April 13. When I log on to my AA account the flight no longer displays. If we enter our AA confirmation while being logged off it displays as "ticketed" but there is no longer any flight information attached. I tried to go to the refunds website to see if I can get one and it says I have to call in. I can cancel the flight from the confirmation page but it gives me a voucher which does not work for me. My plan is to call AA some time this week to ask for a refund.
My other issue is that I have a three leg award booking on RJ/EY for later this month. One of the legs that is operated by EY was cancelled and no longer on the itinerary. The ticket otherwise is still intact. I'm assuming I should be able to get a refund of miles + taxes and fees without incurring a cancellation fee.
