Have you attempted to dispute the charge with the credit card company? If so what did it say?
If it has accepted the dispute, just wait and see what happens - in a few weeks you should be able to confirm to the thread whether it worked or not and close off the argument on getting a refund
If you haven't, then I would just get on the phone and do it , since you wont get your money back until you do
