OP's chargeback rights, if any, will be in his contract (terms & conditions) with Chase. Disputing an item on a business account is far different than a consumer account where there are at least statutory protections and most issuers, including Chase, provide much more coverage.
At a minimum, businesses are expected to deal with matters at a commercial level first.
What is the dispute about, when was the charge made, and what measures have you taken to work this out with your vendor?
