NK has base fares of $.01 on a number routes right now (for example, DTW-LAX/LAS/DEN/DFW/etc.). Although they have a $2.99 mandatory surcharge of some sort, so it effectively comes out to $3.00. With the recent airline tax cuts, that works out to all-in prices of $13.10 one-way on these routes (with the PFC and TSA taxes that are still being assessed).
