Be flexible and looks like out of YYZ all 3 cities are available and should be under $1400 CAD range from Expedia (not showing up on AM's own site at the moment), when I sampled 10/24-11/3 and 9/5-9/14 (w/o GRU)

YYZ-SCL $920 USD
YYZ-GRU $846 USD
YYZ-EZE $923 USD

I'm sure other dates are available too.
