I have an itinerary booked with AA. It includes sectors with Qantas that have been cancelled. This happened at least 10 days ago but the sectors still show on my PNR. AA agents say that the flight hasn't been cancelled by AA yet.

I am sceptical. I know AA is lobbying the Government to stop paying cash refunds. Is there anything I can do to trigger my refund now?
