The communication from Marriott suggests that instead of one's personal, named Ambassador, you'll be dealt with by one of the Ambassador team. Exactly the same as how WoH Concierge works, at least for those of us in Europe. (it works fine and you get quicker responses than waiting for a specific person) And I've seen far too many complaints about Ambassadors for that to be worth getting the pitchforks out for...
