my refund for an infant ticket was put through a few days ago....maybe Sunday, and was back on my card by yesterday. Banks vary on how long it takes to get back to your card once submitted, but I’ve never heard anything as long as 3 weeks.

have you checked the refunds site to check on the status (you can look it up with ticket number)? Did you get a confirmation at the time that the refund was processed on the UA end?
