Thank you Hilton. Ever since I experienced a series of billing problems with Marriott (all the errors in their favor), I switched to Hilton in ~ 1990. The billing error rate declined to near zero.

Hilton should increase the "goodwill" asset value on their balance sheet.

Marriott and other chains should DECREASE their "goodwill" dollar-for-dollar with Hilton's increase.
