There have been comments that in-room diamond/gold amenities are shrinking within the Hilton Family. Yet I recall that the T&C used to promise at least something for diamonds. First off, is in-room bottled drinking water provided by right at all properties? Is some food amenity provided by right at Hampton (e.g. Oreos, snack mix). How about at Hilton and HGI? I assume the chocolate chip cookie is required at Doubletree.

I need to know when to file a complaint if an amenity isn't delivered or is refused.

Note that I'm not talking about breakfast. That's a separate matter.
