I saw a Y12 for 9k in Bic Camera Machida last weekend. Didn't buy it, but if you seek a little away from the city center you may be able to find MSRP. There are some shops in Kansai you can often find decent deals. Grabbed a H17 for 30k a few months ago.

I have also seen Yamazaki 12 at Bic Camera but it has again as you had mentioned not in city centers (Machida is an hour out from Tokyo) and it has been hit and miss.

Have you ever seen any other of the aged Suntory whiskeys at Bic Camera? I have only seen the Yamazaki 12. I have never seen the Yamazaki 18, Hakashu 12/18, or Hibiki 17/21 at Bic Cameras
