Even before COVID-19, my Twitter interactions with UA often concluded with the automated message:

Thank you for reaching out to United Airlines on Twitter. Please rate your experience with our Social Care Team:
except exactly like that, with no actual link. Is it just me? (I get working survey links for DL, dunno if they use the same system behind the scenes)

Normally I don't care, but funnily enough this time I actually would like to respond...




(Can't get good scores either though)
