BA flight booked on Orbitz and canceled by BA
I have flights (Boston -Namibia-Boston) which I booked on Orbitz that have been canceled by BA.
Orbitz is sending a note saying I will get a credit for the cost.
BA site says if they cancel a flight I should be able to get a "cash" refund.
Does anyone know if I can get the cash refund and how. Nobody wants to take calls unless< 72 hours before scheduled flight
