I was also able to cancel a ticket online and it went straight to the refund screen and said it would be processed. Hopeful this will just come back to my credit card without any issues

My spouse I have travel coming up in May that was booked a combination of ecert and credit card. We aren't going, and if the April schedule is any indication, that flight will be cancelled. I wonder if it makes any difference that I used credits to pay for part of both our of tix?
