Dumb-ish question (Or totally dumb, your choice! ) but one that is slipping my mind - when one searches a canceled PNR on AA.com (putting in name and PNR of canceled trip), did anything used to come up? Right now I'm getting "technical difficulties", but I don't remember what it used to show to begin with...
