Tend to agree with this, apart from the very civilised breakfast ( and times ) at the Sofitel Siem Reap TBH the Breakfast at Kiribi Sofitel in the lounge was far superior to the "all you can stuff down your neck" affair at the restaurant.... but don't order the blowtorched Eggs Benedict !
