So I received an email earlier today from Emirates airlines that my flight in 2 weeks from ORD Chicago to DXB Dubai has been canceled. I booked that flight early January (so still have time to dispute a charge if the policy of 90 days applies) and have Ink Business Preferred which I guess they have the same insurance policies of CSP. I just emailed Chase for the disputes since it seems you cannot manually file a dispute in business account (While I can do it in the personal account).
My question, do you recommend filing with
https://www.eclaimsline.com/ now or wait on the dispute? Or go with both at the same time? Any timeline/notification I have to be aware of at my end? I just don't want to lose money because of any dumb policy of missing notification period or deadline.
