I used a 2-4-1 and paid the taxes/fees/extortions using my Chase card. Two months later still no rebate so I called and got a run around about not being eligible as I'd used a voucher to "pay" for part of the ticket. They said they would open a case for me but I've since canceled the ticket but buyer beware, it appears the use of a voucher is causing the automated process to become less so.
