I don't recall seeing any ATMs airside in the international terminal. But that doesn't really matter as all international travelers will have to exit airside to clear security, unless you are traveling from Canada and pre-clear into domestic terminal (airside). And I believe there are ATMs landside as well as airside in the domestic terminals and even arrival areas. So plenty of places to get cash before you go through security or if your final destination is SFO.

Now I suppose there are passengers who are transiting from domestic T3 (United) to international (UA and *A partners). But there are plenty of ATMs in T3. My recollection is that BofA, Well Fargo and maybe Chase have ATMs. I've never seen an airport ATM that does anything except dispense cash but YMMV. But how is it helpful if you don't already have an account at that bank? Personally I deposit all checks through the phone apps, and I would never trust a cash deposit to an ATM.
