Citi Prestige: offered $250 statement credit for 5k spend over next 3m, 20k TYP for 4k spend per mo if done for 3m in a row, or conversion to Rewards+. Declined all and requested return of annual fee, as it was 36th day. Rep was unusually insistent that she could rebate the fee if we converted to Rewards+, but we stated our prior experience with this was not good and that in our experience it tended to get screwed up. We cancelled Prestige, sort of sad, but maybe that will help Citi fix the product. They did just hire Chase's CSR architect so perhaps something may happen.

ATTA: offered additional 2 TYP for next 6m, up to 35k TYP, which turns this into a daily driver. Not much spend on this. This is the NO annual fee card btw.
