Fares for infants (lapheld) to international destinations are generaly 10% of an adult full fare when travelling in conjunction with an Aeroplan reward. Some destinations in the Caribbean and Mexico may have a 0.00 fare but infants will still be subject to certain taxes. There are also options to use points for reward travel for infants when using AC only on international destinations.
