I'm being asked now to pay $120 for a coach seat to get me to Bangor tomorrow. Still on hold. I'm not happy. As much as I don't like flying American, this might be the straw that broke my back and pushes me over to them. I've never had issues rebooking tickets, especially when there's open seats! They're not willing to refare because someone, not me, called to have the ticket reissued and it ended up in a lower fare class. I'm livid.
