Will this plan work on a purchased domestic non-refundable ticket after Mar 1:
1) Change to international ticket (there are flights to Canada within a few $$ of my original purchase)
2) Hope they cancel my international ticket - if not keep moving it forward until it lands on a day when the flight is cancelled and there is no flight within 6 hours
3) If flight never gets cancelled (unlikely), after 12 months I can get a refund per "international rebooking" terms: "If the customer chooses not to use the credit, they will receive a cash refund at the end of that 12 month period."
Poke holes, flame away. Looking for input.
