The Thai Embassy has a doctor at Heathrow for Thai nationals to obtain the medical certificate so that all Thai students can return home. I wonder if those queuing at the London Embassy were told that or only the children of the elite. I can't read Thai beyond the most basic so can't tell from the above post.
