As mentioned by some previous posters, BA would only accept passengers who are Singapore citizens or who have the right to enter/transit in Singapore with the current restrictions. Other passengers would not be accepted.
As it currently seems, it would go through SIN and it would accept passengers at SIN heading to LHR.
