I just started my renewal process - just thinking I'd book an appointment for this fall or even early 2021 if necessary. But I got this message...no appointments at all. Does that mean this isn't an actual interview location for GE?

When I first signed up for GE, I did it at JFK booking the appointment 3 or 4 days in advance when I knew I had a flight through there. MCI wasn't even a choice back then. But now, I figured I'd at least be able to get an interview in the fall...
