Also there are many cases detected in HK/China where the paxes have transit via Sin n travel via SQ flight to HKG in the past week.
I am UK national, travelled LHR-SIN-HKG last week. 80%+ were students returning. Majority were UK, so unfair to single out Germany / France / Italy.
Of all the imported cases into the whole of China, travellers with a 'declared' origin / stay in UK, are the highest %. Note: Declared might not = fact.
For Shenzhen the most recent figures are:

Philippines = 3
Spain = 2

Thailand = 1
Netherlands = 1
