It's not a terrible setting.

I do have more. Just opened a bottle of Glenmorangie Tarlogan. I had a few sips this evening. Jury's still out. The gimmick to this one is virgin oak. I absolutely
love the Glendronach 14 Virgin Oak and am very sad it's no longer in production (I do have one unopened bottle that I'm saving for now). Glenfiddich 14 Rich Oak is fairly good as well. Nowhere near as good as the Glendronach, but also a lot cheaper.
This one... Not sure. I'll drink it though.
I also have a couple six-packs of Whistler Brewing's Chestnut Ale, which is my favourite beer, so I'm doing okay for booze, as long as I continue to pace myself
Net zero change in the sorriness scale, I guess.
No need to feel sorry for me
I did get a negative on my COVID-19 test today, so potentially that's positive. The nurse who called me initially told me I could end my self-quarantine, but didn't realize I had been tested because I had symptoms (just a mild cough), so I'm stuck here until the end of the 14 days, sadly.
Given how insignificant my symptoms have been (I almost certainly have a mild cold), I kind of hoped that I
did have COVID-19 so that it would be over and done with.
But at least I should get to go home in a few days as planned
